Metropolitan Market / KMDesign Company
KMDesign Company is an agency that works hand in hand with retail locations, offices, and brands to design all the environmental/visual signage and fixtures for spaces big and small. They have hired me multiple times to assist Metropolitan Market in remodels and new stores in the Seattle Metro area with hand painted chalkboard art and design.
One of my favorite projects was completing an unfinished run of chalkboards in the Produce department of the store located in West Seattle. I designed and hand painted the remaining boards to match the designs left unfinished, providing a completed, seamless run across the entire dept.
This is the entire run of the chalkboards across the department.
This is the section I designed and hand painted to match the right half of the run.
I collaborated with KMDesign, to execute and complete their designs for the remodels in the store locations of West Seattle Mercer Island Store in the Greater Seattle area. Below is a selection of work from these locations. I am currently finishing up on signage for a brand new location in Gig Harbor, WA.
